SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS AND FULL RULES

Out of zone trips will be charged the greater of the listed hourly rate or
$3.10 per round-trip mile including dead head for gasoline vehicles and
$5.10 per mile for diesel vehicles.

All FBO pickups will be charged a two hour minimum.

Any Permits or Special Event Fees are extra.

Additional Stops & Non-Flight Delay Waiting Time will be charged on
flat-rate airport transfers.

A $25.00 International Arrivals Customs Fee added to unless pickup is
booked at least 1 hour after scheduled arrival.

Rates and minimums are subject to change and must be verified with
dispatch office - not valid for special events, proms, ring dances, concerts,
races or holidays.

Military Discount 5% - all runs with active duty ID.
