SELECTED TERMS AND POLICIES – SEE TARIFF FOR FULL DETAILS
10 minutes of wait time at non-airport pickup locations and 30 minutes of wait time counting from wheels-down time as recorded by flightaware.com. Passenger-requested stops during a flat-rate trip will be charged in 15 minute increments at prevailing hourly rates. Additional waiting time, regardless of the reason, is billed at normal hourly rates.
Time-based charges are billed in 15 minute increments. In the event the mileage used exceeds the time based billing a mileage based charge will be substituted. Both mileage and time charges are based on garage to garage travel from the nearest garage or airport. Cancellation and no-show fees: Special events including holiday light tours, races, proms, ring dances, inaugurations, etc. are non-cancellable and charged in full at time of booking. Sedans, Vans, and SUV's no charge if cancelled at least 20 HOURS, Limousines at least 14 DAYS, Exotic Cars, Sprinters, Mini-coaches and Motor Coaches at least 30 DAYS prior to the required terminal departure time. Motor Coach and Minibus reservations will be charged a non-refundable $100.00 reservation fee at the time of booking. This fee is credited toward the final charges at the completion of the event. All airport pickups are charged $20.00. Airport drop offs are charged at $10.00. International flights incur an additional $25.00 fee. Private FBO charter flights are billed at the minimum standard non-airport rate and minimum number of hours for the vehicle type.
