If you are planning a convention for two thousand attendees, a show with three hundred cast and crew or a wedding with four hundred guests, you can choose from a wide assortment of vehicle offerings.
We can pick up passengers at five different airports, move a thousand people at one time and still insure that your VIPs are pampered. While all this is happening, you can access the latest information on your passenger traffic online and in real time by setting up an event account.
We are prepared to provide a host of ancillary services including meet & greet, transportation coordinators and tour guides. We can take your spreadsheet manifests and quickly issue individual confirmations, respond promptly to itinerary changes and provide detailed billing statements at completion of the activities.
We give you peace of mind and our Complete Dedication Policy insures total satisfaction. We answer RFPs and other quote requests promptly and you will always understand the final charges and how they were calculated.

Long distance or out of market area charter trips will be charged the greater of the listed hourly rate or $1.95 per round-trip mile for gasoline vehicles & $3.00 per mile for diesel vehicles.
