Affiliate Rates

*Affiliate rates require travel agent IATA number or proof of limousine license.

Buses & Minibuses are generally quoted by the trip.

There is a 25% premium on Federal Holidays.

Minimum charge: Sedans 2 hours, all others 3 hours.

Time is counted to/from the nearest regional airport (CHO, DCA, IAD, ORF, PHF, RIC).

Minimums are higher for special events including: inaugurations, concerts, races, proms, ring dances, etc.

Any Permits or Special Event Fees are extra.

Long distance or out of market area charter trips will be charged the greater of the listed hourly rate or $1.95 per round-trip mile for gasoline vehicles & $3.00 per mile for diesel vehicles.
