Here are some details about the positions we are seeking to fill:

1.     In Richmond, we are seeking full time Motor Coach Bus Captains and part-time, seasonal assistance for Christmas Light Tours driving Limousines.  We also need assistance on the Light Tours with our Buses & Minibuses.

2.     In Charlottesville, we are seeking full time Motor Coach Bus Captains and Chauffeurs and we have an open position in customer service & dispatch.

3.     In Lexington, we are seeking one part-time CDL shuttle bus operator to work fixed routes on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday late nights and be available for occasional daytime trips.

4.     In ALL MAJOR MARKETS (Washington DC / Northern Virginia, Norfolk, Richmond & Charlottesville), we are seeking full-and part-time people to help us provide transportation for many types of customers.  We have driving positions available for both CDL and non-CDL qualified staff.  In general, we have 3 types of driving positions available.

Employees can choose any or all types.

The requirements for each are listed below.

BUS CAPTAINS (CDL) (Norfolk, Northern Virginia, Lexington, Richmond & Charlottesville) who drive mini-buses and/or motor coaches.

1.     Good Driving Record - No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years, never a reckless or drunk driving.

2.     No Criminal History.

3.     At least 25 years of age and no more than 70 years of age (due to insurance restrictions).

4.     Commercial Drivers License with Passenger Endorsement. (Motor Coaches also requires Air Brake Endorsement) Previous CDL experience required and a working knowledge of the area is preferred. Bus Captains start from $10.00 to 12.50 per hour, plus tips. Depending on type of vehicle driven, there is a 3-5 hour minimum guarantee per trip.

FORMAL CHAUFFEURS (NON-CDL) (Norfolk, Northern Virginia, Richmond & Charlottesville) who provide upscale transportation in a black suit and tie. 

1.     Good Driving Record - No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years, never a reckless or drunk driving.

2.     No Criminal History.

3.     At least 25 years of age and no more than 70 years of age (due to insurance restrictions).

4.     Have a black suit, tie and shoes and a white shirt.

5.     Formal Chauffeurs start at $6.55-$7.50 per hour plus significant tips (usually another $7-$10 per hour)

SHUTTLE OPERATORS (CDL and Non-CDL) (Northern Virginia, Lexington & Charlottesville) who provide rides to the airport or contract transportation to other places. 

1.     Good Driving Record – No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years, never a reckless or drunk driving.

2.     At least 25 years of age nad no more than 70 years of age (due to insurance restrictions).

3.     No Criminal History.

4.     Have a black suit, tie, shoes and white shirt.

5.     Informal Chauffeurs earn $10.00-$100.00 per trip.

Applications are being accepted, interviews and orientation are being held beginning IMMEDIATELY until all positions are filled. Applicants may be offered employment “on the spot” on either a full or part time basis, depending on availability. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be called for an appointment.

Our structured Training Program consists of personal road tests, customer handling and operations instruction and testing including video instruction and testing from the Cincinnati School of Executive Chauffeuring and the Mazza Chauffeur Training Program; as well as, map-reading exercises.

•    We all depend on the equipment; therefore, pre-trip inspection habits are very important. 
•    Criminal background and reference checks are preformed; as well as, drug screening.
