Here are some details about the positions we are seeking to fill:

In Charlottesville, we have two full time sales/dispatch positions available in our home office.
In Lexington, we are seeking one part-time CDL Qualified, Passenger endorsed shuttle bus operator to work fixed routes on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday late nights.
In McLean, we are looking for a part-time, CDL Qualified, Air Brake & Passenger endorsed bus captain for fill-in assignments.
In Norfolk, Richmond & Charlottesville, we are seeking full-and part-time people to help us provide transportation for many types of customers. We have driving positions available for both CDL and non-CDL qualified staff. In general, we have 3 types of driving positions available.

Employees can choose any or all types.

The requirements for each are listed below.

BUS CAPTAINS (CDL) (Norfolk, McLean, Lexington, Richmond & Charlottesville) who drive mini-buses and/or motor coaches.

Good Driving Record - No more than 2 moving violations in the past 5 years, never a reckless or drunk driving.
No Criminal History.
At least 25 years of age and no more than 70 years of age (due to insurance restriction).
Commercial Drivers License with Passenger Endorsement. (Motor Coaches also requires Air Brake Endorsement) Previous CDL experience required and a working knowledge of the area is preferred. Bus Captains earn $8.00 to 12.00 per working hour, plus tips. Each year the top earning Bus Captain is elevated to $12.99 per working hour, plus tips
Depending on type of vehicle driven, there is a 3-5 hour minimum hours guarantee plus cell phone reimbursement is offered.

FORMAL CHAUFFEURS (NON-CDL) (Norfolk, Richmond & Charlottesville) who provide upscale transportation in a black suit and tie.

Good Driving Record - No more than 2 moving violations in the past 5 years, never a reckless or drunk driving.
No Criminal History.
At least 25 years of age and no more than 70 years of age (due to insurance restriction).
Have (or procure) a black suit, tie and shoes and a white shirt.
Formal Chauffeurs start at $5.00 per hour plus significant tips.

INFORMAL SHUTTLE OPERATORS (CDL and Non-CDL) (Lexington & Charlottesville) who provide rides to the airport or contract transportation to other places.

Good Driving Record.
At least 25 years of age.
No Criminal History.
Informal Chauffeurs earn $10.00-$65.00 per trip.

Interviews and orientation are being held beginning IMMEDIATELY until all positions are filled. Applicants may be offered employment “on the spot” on either a full or part time basis, depending on availability. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be called for an appointment.

Our structured Training Program consists of personal road tests, customer handling and operations instruction and testing including video instruction and testing from the Cincinnati School of Executive Chauffeuring and the Mazza Chauffeur Training Program; as well as, map-reading exercises.

•   Our driving staff must never be late for pickups and never speed or drive recklessly.
•   We do not tolerate abuse of our driving and office staff-members in any form.
•   We all depend on the equipment; therefore, pre-trip inspection habits are very important.
•   Criminal background and reference checks are preformed; as well as, drug screening.
